Dr. Brymer utilizes diversified chiropractic adjusting technique, mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, vacuum cupping, Webster technique and uses a gentle, holistic approach that fits the patient's specific needs. Each patient has a different story and requires a different treatment. What works for one patient may not work for another. Diversified technique allows a wide variety of treatment options and permits treatment to change and flow towards healing.

Although she does not  practice Activator Technique, Dr. Brymer will occasionally use an Activator for patients who may need a softer approach for treatment. This tool allows a gentle, pinpoint adjustment to the joint targeted. Often, when the activator is used, patients won't hear the "pop" or "cracking" sound which reduces the apprehension that comes with chiropractic adjustments.
